Goals for 2017

img_0050.jpgYes I know it’s February, it’s little late for new years resolutions now. But I believe that January is the 2017 trial month so I’m basing the rest of my year off of how Jan went

My year started very well, I was in Kenya for the first week and a half of the New Year and it really made me appreciate all the great people I know and all the great things I’m able to do. So resolution no. 1 is to be more grateful and to not take simple things for granted. There are so many people in this world who are fighting for basic rights like education, and nutrition. We don’t think about these things on a regular basis but this year I want to make a habit of “checking my privilege.” Resolution no. 2 is to focus more on school, although I get good grades my grades could always be better. The next two years are going to be tough, so I want to focus and beat the hard times. Resolution no. 3 is to go to the gym more. I’ve been putting off so many days of good gym time. I don’t just work out to just lose weight and to get toned but I go to release stress and if I’m not going then there’s just a butt ton of build up and tension.

Hopefully I get to focus on these 3 things this year and I’ll update you guys on how this is all going in July.
